Boval Engineering offers its customers a comprehensive range of products and a wide variety of services. They work with sheet metal customers from initial inquiry to final product delivery and everything in between.
Sheet metal processes include laser cutting, turbine punching, bending, and pressing. Metal finishing techniques include powder coating and lining. All standard tool types and special tooling are also available on request.

Lead time is very dependent on the project specifications. Boval Engineering first gained its quality assurance accreditation to ISO 9001 in 1994. The accreditation indicates that Boval Engineering is accredited by the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand concerning those activities covered by the accreditation Certificate numbers S1351093AS, 01930999AS and E2231100AS. Boval Engineering’s accreditation is audited yearly and re-certified every three years to ensure Boval Engineering is still in compliance with the terms and conditions of the agreement with Benchmark Certification.
Boval Engineering has qualified welders in accordance with AS-2980 to perform welding in accordance with AS-1554.1 and AS-1665.
The Boval Engineering Powder Coating facility (operating under the AMPC trading name) meets Australian standards. Various powder coating suppliers are used, and Boval Engineering is also an approved Dulux applicator.
Boval Engineering’s regular office hours are Monday – Friday / 7 am – 5 pm / Weekend shifts are also possible when project load requires.
Boval Engineering can run a double or triple shift if specific projects require this. Boval Engineering has often carried out a double or third shift, so they are well-prepared and experienced. Weekend shifts are also possible when project load requires.
Boval Engineering powder coating facility (trading as AMPC) can powder coat products on the conveyorised line up to 770mm wide, 1600mm high and 2700mm long. The plant is ideal for both short and long runs. In addition, AMPC has a batch plant with a capacity of up to 1700mm wide, 2700mm high, and 3200mm long.
